Asian hornet sightings

In 2023 there have been 72 Asian hornet nests found in 56 locations. NBU active surveillance will be closing down but will carry on responding to credible sightings of individuals and nests.

Any suspected sightings should ideally be reporting via the Asian hornet watch app or the online reporting form.  For more details on identification and reporting please visit the Asian hornet alert page.
