South West Invasive Species Forum Conference

Leading woodland experts from across the region will be speaking at the South West Invasive Species Forum Woodland Pests and Diseases Conference at Roadford Lake on Tuesday 25 November 2025. The event is part of South West Lakes Trust's 25th anniversary celebrations. 

Doors open at 9.30am for refreshments and networking. 

Topics covered will include resilience, biosecurity, deer and squirrels. Our keynote speech will be delivered by Geraint Richards MVO FICFor (Head Forester to the Duchy of Cornwall and to His Majesty The King, High Sheriff of Cornwall) with talks from Forestry Commission, Moor Trees, British Red Squirrel and Squirrel South West, South West England Branch of the Deer Society and Forest Research.

Tickets cost £10 to include refreshments, lunch and parking. Please provide any dietary requirements on booking and book your place by Friday 21 November.
