The Non-native Species Information Portal (NNSIP) provides access to distribution data for over 3000 non-native species in GB as well as additional information such as place or origin, date of introduction and methods of introduction. For 300 species much more detailed information is provided, including information on identification, impacts and control methods.

The NNSIP was developed by a consortium of partners including the British Trust for Ornithology (BTO)(external link) and the Marine Biological Association (MBA) (external link) and led by the Centre for Ecology and Hydrology (external link). Distribution data are provided directly by the NBN Gateway (external link).
