Horticulture PAP for Great Britain
The PAP will not cover species that are already covered by the Plant Health regime but will cover species that are not injurious to plants such as ants and flatworms. Microorganisms are out of scope but hitchhiking macro-fungi are within scope where they fall outside of the scope of Plant Health.
