When: 20th June 2023

Where: Venue Cymru, Llandudno, Wales

From the event organisers:

The British Ecological Society’s (BES) Invasion Science Group is holding its Special Interest Group event of 2023. This is being jointly developed and delivered with the Wales Resilient Ecological Network (WaREN)* and is being held to coincide with the Stakeholder Forum on Non-Native Species hosted by GB NNSS, which will take place the following day at the same location. We also want to extend special thanks to event sponsor APEM.

The BES one day in-person event will bring together academics, practitioners and policy makers to discuss and share ideas between different sectors of invasion science. The day will consist of invited speakers, early career networking sessions, updates on GB policy and lightning talks from researchers and practitioners (from abstract submission).

Registration for the event is now open and will close on 5 June 2023.
