New research about the scale of mouse predation on seabirds
A new RSPB supported study by universities in the UK, the Republic of Ireland and South Africa has been published measuring the number of seabirds killed by mice on Gough Island every year. Results revealed that up to 2,000,000 seabirds are lost annually, almost double the figure of previous estimates.
