Local Action Groups Workshop 2014

On 21st and 22nd January 2014 the GB Non-native Species Secretariat organised the fifth Local Action Group Workshop, funded by Defra, at Preston Montford Field Centre, Shrewsbury.

There were three themes to the Workshop:

  1. Education and training
  2. Local Action Group presentations and discussion
  3. Collaboration between LAGs

 

Workshop proceedings

The workshop consisted of presentations from Local Action Groups, including talks about experiences and lessons learnt, and discussion sessions in which groups were asked to discuss solutions to problems around the three themes mentioned above.
