Defra and the Welsh Assembly are sought comments on proposals to review of schedule 9 to the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981. The consultation also includes proposals to ban the sale of certain non-native species.
The consultation closed on 31 January 2008 - Earlier infomraiton is available by clicking here.
